Mistakes to Avoid When Launching a Product

Have you ever put any Colombian Gold seeds what has to be done to launch a product? Many online business owners know some of the basics steps needed to successfully launch their new product but they don’t really know what needs to be done. Unfortunately, I see many business owners make the same 3 mistakes over and over again that leads to their product not having the results that they were looking for.

First, let’s talk about what type of product should have a launch sequence in place. It is important to understand that a product launch isn’t just for physical products. A product is a coaching program, a live event, a training bootcamp, a teleseminar, an ecourse, a homestudy system, a membership program, and so on. Believing that you do not need a product launch for one of these mentioned “products” can greatly affect your sales when you go live. It’s like spending a lot of money planning a huge partly but you decide to send out the invitations on the day of the party. Since no one knew about it no one came. Having a launch for your product or service ensures that you have a good turnout the day your product goes on sale.

Secondly, you need to have a concrete and detailed plan in place to execute a good product launch. What does this mean? It means that every single aspect related to creating, setting up, selling, and marketing your product has to be written out step by step. This allows you to have everything set-up, tested and ready for sale by the time you are ready to launch your product. Having a detailed plan helps keep you on track, eliminate errors, and increase your sale opportunities because you are not doing things as they come to you. Creating a mindmap or spreadsheet is very beneficial when it comes to creating a product launch sequence for your product, event or service.

And lastly, you shouldn’t try to launch a product on your own. All this does is creates is massive amounts of unnecessary stress for you. You will quickly realize that you don’t know everything that needs to be done and how to work with the specific programs needed to launch your product. I have seen many people decide to quit all together simply because they got overwhelmed trying to figure things out on their own. They get stuck preparing to get ready to launch their product. And since they are never ready, they never launch the product. This is called Paralysis by Analysis syndrome.

So remember, everything you sell in your business deserves to have a great product launch, a detailed plan a necessity not an option, and savvy team will help you get your product launched faster and correctly than if you did it all on your own.
